You acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and verified before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Proposal.biz platform, including software, design, trademarks, and logos, is owned by EnactOn Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our express written consent.

Your content remains yours. We claim no ownership over documents, proposals, or files you create using our tools.

8. Third-Party Services

Proposal.biz integrates with third-party services such as CRM platforms, payment processors, e-signature providers, and communication tools. Your use of those integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Proposal.biz is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant:

• That the service will be error-free or bug-free
• That the service will be available at all times without interruption
• That results obtained from use of the service will be accurate or reliable

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proposal.biz and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Issues caused by third-party services or user misuse

10. Termination

You can stop using Proposal.biz at any time by deleting your account. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the platform or breach these terms. We will do our best to notify you before taking such action unless it involves a serious violation that requires immediate response.

11. Governing Law
